Сrimson Desert Looks Mind-Blowing in New BlackSpace Engine Deep Dive
Take a look at the stunning visuals of the upcoming RPG.
Pearl Abyss's upcoming open-world action RPG, Crimson Desert, remains one of the most highly anticipated titles of 2026. The game delivers striking cinematic visuals, powered by a proprietary BlackSpace Engine, that have reached new heights in recently showcased footage.
In a technical deep dive shared with Digital Foundry, Pearl Abyss provided an early look at the RPG running at native 4K targeting 60fps on ultra settings, powered by a Ryzen 9 7900X3D paired with 32GB of system memory and a Radeon RX 7900 XTX.
The footage showcases impressive graphical fidelity, featuring large-scale scenes with lifelike lighting that shifts naturally throughout the day. These dynamic weather conditions are complemented by complex lighting schemes and intricate shadows, while expansive landscapes transition seamlessly into dense urban centers and detailed indoor spaces.
