Check out Stairs Maker, a new Geometry Nodes-powered add-on for Blender that allows you to easily create customizable stairs with railings. With this add-on, you can transform a selected object into stairs or railings by applying a Geometry Nodes modifier to it. Once the stairs or railings are created, a side panel in the 3D Viewport populates with lots of options, enabling you to customize all the aspects of your staircase.
Technical details:
- Stairs object is made with three elements, Construction, Treads, and Risers, all editable in size, form, and UV-mapped material.
- Railings objects are made with four elements – Posts, Handrail, and Vertical and Horizontal bars, all editable in size, form, and UV-mapped material.
- Every Stairs object can be deformed along a curve.
- All geometry is UV Mapped.
