Today marks the launch of the early access version of Star Wars Outlaws, Ubisoft's upcoming open-world Star Wars game, which means the game will be unlocked for those who purchased the Gold Edition or the $130 Ultimate Edition.
We also won’t need to wait long for the global launch, as it is just three days away. Instead of being unlocked at the same time, the game will be rolled out to players based on their time zones. See this global map with each area’s unlock time:

The story of Star Wars Outlaws takes place between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. It features various galaxy factions, and players will have the opportunity to carry out missions and fulfill orders from these factions, thereby improving their reputation with them.
If we look at players’ recent reactions to the game, they have been largely negative, with “criticism” and “disappointment” being key tunes. For example, the 10-minute gameplay showcase received 8.8K likes and over 15.8K dislikes; the Jabba the Hutt mission in Star Wars Outlaws, which requires purchasing the season pass to unlock, was also criticized. Additionally, the fact that the Ultimate Edition costs $130 has disappointed many, though it was not surprising for some.

It’s already August 27 for some parts of the globe, which means some players are already in the game. We can expect to hear their feedback very soon. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Windows PC via Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store, and Xbox Series X/S.
