According to sources familiar with the situation, Microsoft is reportedly planning to release Indiana Jones and the Great Circle on PlayStation 5.

Based on a recent article by The Verge, the company is currently evaluating its approach to releasing games on other platforms, deciding which titles will remain Xbox exclusives and which ones may appear on PS5 and Nintendo Switch in the future.

As The Verge's sources state, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will likely launch on PC and Xbox Series X|S first, followed by a release on PS5 a few months later, possibly in early 2025.

In addition, sources suggest that the announcement of Hi-Fi RUSH for PS5 and Nintendo Switch will happen in the coming weeks. Previous findings in the game files have also hinted at a potential release of this game on other platforms.

Adding to that, based on insider information from XboxEra, Starfield is set to be released on PS5 in 2024, right after the launch of its first expansion Shattered Space. It's important to know that not all information provided by XboxEra insiders has been confirmed, but these reports coincide with the ongoing discussions surrounding Microsoft's strategy for releasing games on other platforms.

Speaking of Microsoft, recently the company fired 1,900 employees from Activision Blizzard and Xbox. During this wave of layoffs, Mike Ybarra and Allen Adham also left the company.
