Just a month till the game meets PC gamers.
SHIFT UP
Shift Up's action-adventure game Stellar Blade, which was released in April last year and has since been exclusive to PS5, is coming to PC on June 11.
Spotted by Zuby Tech on X/Twitter, a video was uploaded early to PlayStation's YouTube channel, which is now taken offline. Besides showing the release date, the trailer also excites fans by offering a look at the newly added content for the PC version, which is powered up by Unreal Engine 4.26, including new costumes, new boss battles, enhanced resolution and graphics, and improvements the studio promised to "enhance user convenience":
Shift Up's interest in bringing the popular title, which sold a million copies in less than two months and whose success contributed to the company's 30% YoY revenue increase, to the PC gaming platform has been revealed several times over the past year.
The consideration is largely based on Steam's expanding market share in the AAA game sector, which has been considered a great opportunity for the game to enlarge its audience. It also takes into account the trend of a significant expansion of the single-player action game market in the Asian gaming industry.
Meanwhile, the developer has high expectations for the game's sales performance on PC, believing that it will sell even better than on the PS5.
