Developer AmyangXYZ has released Reze Studio, a free browser-based animation curve editor for MMD. The tool runs entirely in the browser using WebGPU, requiring no installation, and works across laptops, desktops, and iPads.
Reze Studio offers a professional timeline, dopesheet, and per-channel Bézier curve editing, allowing users to hand-key VMD animation clips directly in the browser. It supports PMX model loading, IK, physics simulation, VMD import and export, animation layers, and real-time collaboration. Rendering runs directly on the GPU via WebGPU, powered by the custom reze-engine. More advanced features include AI-assisted animation, mocap import from video, and mirrored paste for symmetric motion editing.
