Take Look at This Cute Anime Girl Face Rig

Enjoy KeyframeChef's low-poly model and her expressions.

An artist known as KeyframeChef shared a nice little face rig created for a cute girl, making her happy and scared with a couple of clicks in Blender.

"Overengineering character rigs that I'll never use might be my true calling in life," they said on X/Twitter. 

The rig works by using a hidden proxy mesh that floats above the face, they explained. "This is the surface the mouth bones will wrap around. Each vertex on the mouth is attached to a bone that is shrink-wrapped to the proxy mesh. It works surprisingly well, but is a bit of a mish to set up."
