Territory Studio Announced European Expansion Into Munich, Germany

Further establishing its operations across the continent, the studio has announced a new studio location. This comes shortly after the creative specialist announced its first European venture in Barcelona, marking a concerted effort to tap into the continent's breadth of opportunity.

Territory Studio is a creative specialist that draws on expertise in narrative-led creative design to imagine, realize and build new worlds. The studio has contributed to such titles as The Batman, Dune, Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War & Endgame, The Martian, Guardians of the Galaxy, Prometheus, and more.

Earlier this year, Territory Studio founders, David Sheldon-Hicks and Nick Glover, also launched Territory Group, a collective of studios encompassing Territory Studio and the newly acquired Cantina Creative. Joining existing Territory Studio locations in San Francisco, Barcelona, and London, Germany’s ever-expanding Games, Animation, and VFX market present compelling opportunities to source new projects.

The new studio will be located at Penzing Studios, a new major digital production hub launched earlier this year with a special focus on developing digital and virtual production. With this announcement, Territory aims to enable access to creative talent in Germany and from the neighboring Central and Eastern Europe region to support work on future projects.
