The Beauty of Space Captured in 3D With Houdini & Nuke

Have a look at these mesmerizingly beautiful procedurally generated 3D nebulae created by Digital Artist known online as 0x384c0. Described as a "galactic experiment" by the author, the project was created in Houdini using FLIP sims with flow noise applied to point positions, then rasterized as VDBs to form the "tendrils," rendered in Houdini's Karma XPU, and composited in Nuke. Additionally, the creator has shared the project files, which you can grab for free over on GitHub.
