LogInDamp Squid's characters would look awesome in a co-op experience.
An artist known as Damp Squid showcased an adorable pair of glowing ghosts gliding around and changing colors. The apparitions are classic cartoon ghosts made of sheets, which are actually meshes with three bones, with the fabric simulated in Blender and frozen into a mesh.
Damp Squid can choose any color from the wheel to make their ghosts prettier. The characters have a light source, and the artist uses temporal dithering in the opacity mask to get this spooky effect in Unreal Engine.
This cute project contrasts with the toilet generator that can make 17 quadrillion unique variations, which we've seen from Damp Squid before.
