The creators of Tiny Attols have provided a sneak peek at an upcoming gameplay system set to be integrated into the game in the near future.
In case you missed it, a month ago, indie game development studio MONKE shipped Tiny Attols, a charming and minimalist building strategy game powered by Unity. In Tiny Attols, your primary aim is to expand across colorful islands, unlock new tiles, and complete quests to establish connections between different types and colors. The more connections you create, the higher your score, and the more tiles you can strategically position.
While the game has already been launched, the developers are still hard at work, crafting new gameplay features for Tiny Attols. Over the past week, MONKE shared a series of behind-the-scenes demos, offering a sneak peek at a novel mechanic they intend to introduce in the game's next update.
As demonstrated by the team, the new system will enable players to add tiles to the bridges, effectively allowing them to construct medieval-like bridges adorned with houses. According to MONKE, this cool feature is expected to be integrated into Tiny Attols in about two weeks.
The game features:
- Procedurally generated islands
- Quests and unlockable tiles
- Beautiful, vibrant colors
- Modular tiling
- Calm and cozy atmosphere
- Online leaderboard
