Gear up, and hit the track!
TrophyRC is a prototype off-road simulator, developed by a Poland-based indie developer in Unreal Engine 5. It is looking for testers to try out its demo and give feedback on the gameplay.
This 4-minute pre-alpha gameplay video showcases a vehicle navigating a track with obstacles such as huge rocks, narrow wooden bridges, hills, tunnels, and water-filled ditches.
The prototype has one test map named "country house," with one car model currently available. It focuses on recreating realistic RC vehicle interactions with different terrains and supports two modes. In one mode, you will race against an 8-minute timer on a set course, and there will be penalties for touching gates. The other mode encourages you to explore the map to find challenging routes and areas.
With plans for more advanced vehicle physics in future development stages, the developer has described their vision for the game:
"It will be a great R/C car simulator, first of all with multiplayer support, so that you can play with friends, with a lot of interesting tracks, a lot of cars, as well as other large-scale equipment, tuning and customization of vehicles. "
