Check out Lay of the Land, an upcoming sandbox action-adventure RPG set in a fantasy realm where all elements are physically simulated.
The game is developed by an indie game developer, Southern Cross Interactive, and promises an adventure through a perilous and enigmatic world where fires spread, water flows, and gas pockets pose threats. In Lay of the Land, you can explore the surroundings, and change the environment to your benefit.
The developer, under the name of Tooley1998 on Twitter, often shares the progress of the game and new features introduced in the gameplay mechanics.
