This Survival Game Is Officially One of the Most-Wishlisted Titles Ever on Steam
If you like the genre, you most likely already have it on your list.
Survival game lovers are eagerly awaiting May 14 to finally put their hands on Subnautica 2, even in Early Access. The underwater exploration adventure will bring Unknown Worlds Entertainment success for sure, as over 5 million people wished for it on Steam, making it one of the most-wishlisted games ever.

Fans also had a chance to take a peek at the game ahead of its release during the First Dive Showcase, which drew 70,000 concurrent viewers on Twitch, YouTube, and Steam. Those who attended could see new gameplay systems, vehicles, and expanded base-building features.

The footage highlighted several core systems, including enhanced underwater lighting and rendering powered by Unreal Engine 5, an environmental adaptation system that allows players to evolve their bodies, and encounters with massive deep-sea creatures.

It's interesting to see what Unknown Worlds will do now, after Krafton ousted some of its bosses and then had to reinstate Ted Gill as the CEO.
