Lucas Martinic, whose prototype lets users extract colors from real-world objects in virtual reality and paint with them, a project we featured some time ago, has now presented a new concept that may make you question whether everything around us is just a simulation.
It doesn't really matter if this is a motion-sickness enabler, the idea of a "tearable" reality looks fascinating. Lucas was inspired by the "tearable" web experiment by Daniel Beauchamp:
