Tips on Making Good 3D Modeling Resume

ByteDozer shared his experience in getting a well-paid job.

Getting a job is no easy task, especially in this economy, and while you might know how to create awesome 3D models, resume-making might not have been in your curriculum. Thankfully, there are people ready to help boost your interview rates, and ByteDozer is one of them.

ByteDozer is a Blender add-on and tutorial creator, and in his latest video, he will teach you what to do for a stellar resume that might get you a 6-figure salary, as it did for the artist.

Armed with his experience as a hiring manager, ByteDozer showed some examples and highlighted that your resume should have decent formatting and simple design, be easy to read, and have relevant work experience only.

Moreover, your work description should be detailed and contain your results and some "industry lingo" to show you know what you're talking about, but don't get overzealous – it shouldn't be too long, watery, or hard to read.

My favorite piece of advice is on how to avoid explaining gaps in your occupation: just say the project is under NDA – genius!

If you want to know what to do if you don't have much relevant experience yet, watch the full video here.
