The tool allows for imitating lifelike hand-drawn sketches in 3D, creating an image in the style of a real-life drawing. The add-on creates lifelike drawings from the combination of shading and general pencil strokes. Also, a real sketch is drawn in screen space, and Pencil Pro uses screen coordinates. For a more believable result, the tool creates strokes that generally follow the curvature of the object:
