If voxel-based art is your thing, check out this free Blender tool that lets you easily achieve a Minecraft-style effect – a Geometry Nodes modifier called VOXIFY, shared by 3D Generalist Masoud Rezaei.
The tool allows you to voxelize meshes while preserving colors and other maps, such as roughness and metallic, by first capturing the UVs and then creating attributes for each. It works with any mesh and transforms it into a stylized model following a non-destructive workflow. VOXIFY will come in handy whether you're creating voxel art renders, LEGO-style renders, game environments, or abstract motion graphics.
VOXIFY also includes additional tools that let you generate a static mesh, create assembly animations, and fix the position and rotation of voxels for rigged meshes and animated objects.
