Tutorial: Making Fake 3D in Adobe After Effects

Check out Mathias Lynge's tutorial on how to make 3D animation with 2D images. 

If you can't make 3D models but want your own 3D animation, don't worry, 2D Animator and Motion Designer Mathias Lynge will teach you how to make it happen with the "Fake 3D" tutorial.

The short video shows how to animate pictures imported from Adobe Illustrator into Adobe After Effects. The key of the techniques is to make two poses – to start and finish with.

The character of the project is inspired by Disney's "Plane Crazy".
