Unity Software Inc. Filed to Go Public

Unity has filed for an initial public offering of shares of common stock. The company applied for NYSE under the symbol “U”. The deal size, for now, is $100 million, however, the amount can be changed as it’s stated in the filing.

Unity is the leading software developer in the industry with  1.5 million active users per month, over 50% of games for all platforms is made with Unity. The Unity community is worldwide counting more than 190 countries with Unity creators and over 15K new projects creating every day.
