The team says they couldn't have made their "biggest game yet" without Digital Extremes.
Airship Syndicate, co-founded by Joe Madureira and known for Battle Chasers: Nightwar, Darksiders Genesis, and Ruined King: A League of Legends Story, has announced its partnership with Warframe creator Digital Extremes.
Digital Extremes will publish the studio's "biggest game yet," which is a third-person MMO with original characters and a new world.
"We're building a much larger world than we ever have before. But for this, it's really more of a world that you live in. Potentially every day for years to come."
Airship Syndicate says it's grateful to Digital Extremes as it wouldn't be able to make this type of online game without such a partner, "a group that knows how to do it."
The team didn't reveal much, but it intends to talk about it more at The Game Awards in December.
Digital Extremes also announced its own Princess Mononoke-inspired MMORPG – Soulframe.
