New World: The Once and Future King, an episode from the Prime Video series Secret Level, which tells the story of a king who lost everything, features insanely detailed facial animations, and we can now see how Unit Image, the 3D animation and VFX studio behind it, used motion capture to move King Aelstrom from our reality to the big screens.

You can enjoy every little pore and wrinkle moving on the 3D model's face, following the mocap actor's movements and Arnold Schwarzenegger's voice. Unit Image worked hard to present extremely detailed facial rigs, muscle and skin simulations, and dynamic wet cloth.

Aside from Secret Level, the company has worked on Lords of the Fallen, Tainted Grail, Marvel Rivals, Star Wars Eclipse, and many more popular projects.
