Arran Baker, Lead Animator at Blur Studio, shared a cool animation of a robotic arm turning into a rifle. While it lacks textures for now, the idea and motion themselves are incredible. 

The animation is part of the CYBERPHONK project, which Baker builds on his streams. You can see glimpses of it on his X/Twitter. He has also worked on Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, so you might to see the skills that got him there.
