The video was made using different programs, including the editing ones and AI upscaling. As a result, the remaster runs with 60fps and 4K resolution. According to the author, the resolution was increased to 8K and then downsampled "to increase the feeling of sharpness at 4K with fewer jaggies."
To get the final look, the creator applied post-process anti-aliasing and color correctors and decreased chromatic aberration. Note that this is a simulated comparison and not an existing game.
