The ZBrushCore users got access to some popular features from the standard version.
Pixologic has released ZBrushCore 2021, a new version of the team's edition of ZBrush for hobbyists, students, 3D printing enthusiasts, and illustrators.
The update is free to current users and it brings ZRemesher for automated retopology, plus the MicroPoly system for mimicking different fabrics.
The Core edition of the popular sculpting tool offers many sculpting brushes, support for InsertMultiMesh, basic rendering options, and now more. Please note that that the maximum mesh resolution is set at 20 million polygons.
The main addition to the latest version is ZRemesher which lets users turn high-resolution sculpts into lower-poly base meshes for clean topology and edge flow. The Core edition includes a basic ZRemesher which means that it “doesn’t have all the options” from the standard ZBrush.
