RedDot Studio, a game development studio that consists of 2 Environment Artists and 2 Programmers and worked on Techland's Call of Juarez: The Cartel, CI Games' Sniper Ghost Warrior 3, and many others, has released a PvE preview of their upcoming game Zombie Raid. The team says that they have been working on the project in their free time.
Set in the apocalyptic, zombie-ridden world, Zombie Raid is a top-down action shooter with tactical and RPG elements that focuses on Multiplayer PVP and Cooperative game modes. The team has announced 5 various game modes that players will be able to experience:
- Raid, where you will need to raid an infected city and kill zombies on your own or in a co-op.
- Squad Combat – team VS team battles. Teams of 4 players fight for control points.
- Deathmatch, a classic, free-for-all PvP slaughter where your goal is to kill as many other players as possible.
- Duel – Solo PvP mode. Try yourself in one-on-one battles. You could call a duel in other game modes.
- Horde, where you will be fighting the horde of neverending zombies in cooperation with other players. Until you're dead.
