3D Streaming Infrastructure for Developers

Miris is a 3D streaming infrastructure platform that lets developers deliver high-fidelity interactive 3D content to any device, without downloads, without dedicated cloud GPUs per viewer, and without building a streaming pipeline from scratch. The platform is trusted by partners including CoreWeave, AWS, NVIDIA, and the Academy Software Foundation.

The core problem Miris solves is one every team shipping interactive 3D has had to deal with: you can have high fidelity or broad reach, but not both. Pixel streaming delivers excellent visual quality but requires a dedicated GPU for every concurrent user, meaning costs scale linearly with traffic. Web-based glTF viewers eliminate the GPU cost but at the expense of material fidelity, assets have to be aggressively compressed, reflections flatten, and surface detail collapses. Miris spatial streaming removes both ceilings. Assets render on-device in real time, and an adaptive delivery pipeline calibrates fidelity to each device and network, serving as much of the source quality as each viewer can support.

How it works

The Miris platform accepts OpenUSD, glTF, FBX, and Gaussian Splat source assets up to 10GB. A single conditioning pass compiles the asset into a Streamable Asset optimized for low-latency delivery. From that point forward, the adaptive streaming runtime handles everything, requesting denser geometry and higher-resolution textures for what is in frame, reducing budget for what is farther away, and rendering nothing for what is outside the viewer's field entirely. Those decisions happen per frame, within each device's compute envelope. There is no per-platform rebuild, no LOD generation, no manual texture compression.

The result is a first frame delivered in under 200ms, scaling to any number of concurrent users with no per-user GPU cost. The same source asset reaches desktop browsers, tablets, mobile phones, and XR headsets including Apple Vision Pro, all through a single WebXR-accessible pipeline with no app install required.

Developer tools

The Miris Web SDK drops into any React, Vue, or three.js application with a single script tag. It supports WebGPU, WebXR sessions, adaptive LOD, and Viewer Key authentication out of the box. A 3D viewer lets teams share streamable assets with clients and collaborators via a simple link, no plugin, no build step, no download required. The platform includes real-time session telemetry and per-asset analytics, with export support for Datadog, Snowflake, and S3.

Use cases

Miris is built for teams working on automotive configurators, virtual showrooms, product visualization, digital twins, robotics visualization, simulation review, and any cross-device experience where 3D fidelity and broad reach both matter. The public beta is free and open.
