3D Artist Recreated Robot from Studio Ghibli's Castle in the Sky

Cauldron 3D showed some love to the old movie.

Hayao Miyazaki's Castle in the Sky was released back in 1986, and we think you need a little blast from the past, and artist Cauldron 3D seems to agree. Just take a look at this Robot Trooper modeled and animated in Maya.

You can see the development process behind the character on the artist's X/Twitter, it's a fascinating journey.

You should definitely visit the page if you like Studio Ghibli's works, there are plenty of 3D recreations and other stuff for you to enjoy.

You can also find the full workflow behind the robot on Cauldron 3D's YouTube channel.
