3D Girl in Straw Hat Made in 2D Style

A nice work shred by Viserion93.

Have a look at this sweet 3D model of a girl wearing a straw hat, made by artist Viserion93 to look like it's a 2D painting (no, it was not inspired by One Piece's Luffy).

The creator used the power of Blender to capture this 2D style, but it wasn't easy.

"Getting a 2D effect on a 3D model is very labor intensive. I had to use unpopular techniques like painting over normal maps, using toon shaders, outlines, stylized post-process effects. But once you get the hang of it, you can easily animate such a model and manipulate the lighting in the scene."
