  • 10+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, interactive engineer, Unreal developer, VR/AR/game developer or similar
  • Unreal Engine expertise is required, including C++ and Blueprints, UI, AI, animation, and optimization
  • Command of version control with Perforce
  • Strong Experience with C# and the Unity game engine
  • Experience with identifying GPU bottlenecks (profiling) and implementing practical strategies for removing or mitigating those bottlenecks (optimization)
  • Experience writing shaders (HLSL/GLSL/Cg/OSL)
  • Ability to use appropriate terminologies and language to accurately convey engineering challenges and solutions to non-technical audiences
  • Strong aesthetic and critical faculties; experience as a VFX and/or technical artist is a plus
  • Exceptional initiative and attention to detail
  • A demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound creative, strategic, and analytical thinking skills, while maintaining composure in stressful situations
