The project is a part of Nick Carver's series of VFX experiments.
Developer and Concept/Production Artist Nick Carver has unveiled a marvelous new project made in Unity. This time, the artist demonstrated an amazing stylized water shader made for Sanguine, Nick's side project that the artist works on "when real work is too hard". This project is also a part of the artist's series of experiments with water shaders in Unity, designed to test out the engine's VFX capabilities.
Nick commented that the water was made by using blendshapes to extend and widen the mesh for the stream. To create the surrounding environment, the artist utilized assets bought from the Unity Asset Store and customized them to fit the scene. You can learn more by visiting Nick's Twitter page.
