Continuing the tone of the story, DOOM: The Dark Ages featured brand-new assets and enhanced visuals. The 2025 dark fantasy received a warm welcome from the audience, gaining over 80% positive reviews on Steam and 8.0 on Metacritic, with artists inspired to craft their artwork based on the game.
