If you've been a part of the 80 Level community for long enough, you're probably already aware of our deep respect for talented 3D Artists who can push shaders and outlines to their limits and create breathtaking 3D artworks that blur the line between 2D and 3D.
One such creator whose remarkable talent has recently captured our attention is a Character Modeler known simply as J5, who specializes in setting up various anime characters in 3D while maintaining their 2D appearance through shaders in Blender.
Lately, the author has expanded their portfolio with an impressive recreation of Atom, a character from Naoki Urasawa's science-fiction manga and anime series Pluto, showcasing the character's digital model from different angles through a series of demos. Attached below are some of these demos shared by J5 over on Twitter:
Previously, J5 also tackled:
Delicious in Dungeon's Marcille Donato:
Inazuma Eleven's Gouenji Shuuya:
Grand Chase's Elesis:
Blue Archive's Serina:
And many more:
We highly encourage you to visit J5's YouTube and Twitter pages to check out more of the artist's awesome works.
