To create those, the artist utilizes Endless Paper, a special app for iPad and Apple Pencil powered by a Fractile vector rendering engine that gives you access to an infinite canvas, which can handle millions of strokes on screen, thus allowing its users to create projects that can be infinitely zoomed in.
