The Gnomon Workshop team has recently presented Optimization for Games: Settings, Materials, Textures & Commands, a new course that focuses on boosting the performance of game projects.
The course, covering techniques in Maya, Substance, and Unreal, is hosted by Rodrigo Brea, an environment artist at Survios.
This 3.5-hour workshop discusses industry techniques for troubleshooting and checking the performance and frame rate of your game project. It also explains some of the basics and key tools for dealing with issues.
