A Juicy Fruit Salad Material Made in Substance 3D Designer & Unreal

This tasty-looking project was made by Johnny Malcolm.

3D Material Artist and Instructor at Think Tank Training Center Material Artist Johnny Malcolm has presented an awesome new material that generates a strong urge to run to the nearest store and buy all the fruits and berries they have. This time, the artist unveiled an extremely delicious-looking fruit salad material, made to learn more about the creation process behind food materials in general. According to the author, this juicy project was made using Substance 3D Designer and Unreal Engine.

"Good chance to practice a bunch of blending stuff I had been wanting to try out," commented the artist. "It's always tricky to do these sort of "rigid body" pile-ups, I find that at least working in [Substance 3D] Designer you're never going to get it 100% but you can come pretty close!"
