A Powerful Retopology Tool For Maya

This toolkit lets users generate patch polygons along strokes that are drawn directly on a mesh. The developer states that ziRail makes creating polygons a more intuitive process. 

You should also keep in mind that it is still a beta version and the developer plans to release free updates. The plugin support Maya 2018, 2019, and 2020 for Windows (Linux and macOS versions are in development).
