A Stunning Elden Ring-Inspired Environment Made in Unreal Engine

The scene was made by Pasquale Scionti.

With Elden Ring being all the rage these days, it is not surprising that many 3D Artists find inspiration in FromSoftware's latest game. ER's beam of inspiration has also hit Senior Lighting Artist and a friend of 80 Level Pasquale Scionti, who has revealed a fantastic real-time scene inspired by the game.

According to the project's description, the scene was made in Unreal Engine 4.27.2 with no baking and no RTX. The terrain was sculpted inside Unreal and the foliage was set up using Quixel Megascans. The castle itself comes from KitBash 3D. As for the lighting, Pasquale used Sun and Sky with Volumetric Fog and Hemisphere plug-in.
