The SAG-AFTRA strike doesn't cover games in development before a certain date.

The Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) has recently gone on strike again, this time protecting game actors against AI. The organization wants studios to sign an agreement that states they can't use their likenesses and voices to train artificial intelligence models.
Players, of course, are concerned if the action will delay GTA 6, the most anticipated game, or cause it any trouble. You may rest easy – the contract affects only recent games, so those in development before September 2023 are exempt from the strike, as officially confirmed to Kotaku by a "spokesperson for the publishers involved in the dispute", including Rockstar Games' parent Take-Two.
SAG-AFTRA's chief contracts officer Ray Rodriguez told Aftermath (via PC Gamer) the organization is "obviously not happy about that," but "that language was bargained into one of the legacy Interactive Media Agreements before merger [of SAG and AFTRA]. It's language that the merged union basically inherited, that I think is insane. But it’s there.”
So the strike is about games rather than companies, but SAG-AFTRA suggests turning down offers from struck studios, even if the game itself is not struck.
