DillonGoo Studios has launched Emily, a fully featured anime-style 3D rig for Blender 3.6+ and Blender 4.0.
DillonGoo Studios, an animation studio known to many for its Goo Engine, a specialized version of Blender with significant source code modifications for NPR and anime-style rendering, has recently released Emily – an intricate cyberpunk anime-style 3D character rig designed specifically for Blender.
As stated by the creators, the package includes a full-body 3D character model and a complete character face and body rig, inclusive of Lip Sync. Moreover, the model supports real-time shading and includes a custom Normals solution for animation.
Regarding compatibility, Emily is designed to work with Blender 3.6+ and 4.0, supporting both Cycles and Eevee. The developers also provide a Goo Engine 4.0 version of the rig, which they recommend for optimal performance.
