Artist Combines Art Nouveau & Chinese Traditional Art in 3D Model of Beautiful Girl

Look at Yibing Jiang's painterly Blender project.

Mixing different kinds of art sometimes leads to breathtaking results, like Yibing Jiang's 3D model of a girl crafted in Blender. The artist combined the curves and flowers of Art Nouveau with Chinese traditional art to deliver a colorful, painterly composition, complete with a cute bird.

Aside from Blender, Jiang used Marvelous Designer for the outfit.

"Being a huge fan of Art Nouveau I’ve always dreamed of merging it with traditional Chinese patterns and outfits. Art Nouveau is all about elegant curves, flowing lines, arches, and natural elements, and it was historically inspired by Asian art (especially Japanese Ukiyo-e). So blending it with traditional Asian patterns and motifs feels naturally harmonious to me."
