Bethesda has released the first episode of Into the Starfield, a new video series that is dedicated to the studio's upcoming action RPG Starfield. In the first episode, Studio Director Angela Browder, Art Director Matt Carofano, and the one and only Game Director Todd Howard discussed how Bethesda Game Studios’ ambitions, passions, and history have shaped the studio and how they are looking to the future with Starfield. The team has also talked about the upcoming game itself, saying that it will be more realistic than Skyrim and will have entirely different mechanics in comparison to TES V.
"It's got a more realistic, science-based backing to it. Whereas Skyrim is sort of an epic fantasy, this is a more grounded game and a grounded setting about exploration. So I think that gives us a different take on how we make everything," Matt Carofano said.
What's more, the episode featured some amazing concept art and in-engine shots from Starfield. You can check it out down below.
