Team Kanohi has released a new gameplay trailer for BIONICLE: Masks of Power, the studio's upcoming fan-made dynamic adventure game set in the BIONICLE universe. The newly-revealed trailer shares the first look at the gameplay and combat mechanics in the upcoming game, shows some of its characters, and demonstrates a beautiful jungle setting the player will be able to experience. Much like the rest of the game, the trailer is powered by Unreal Engine 5.
In case you missed it, BIONICLE: Masks of Power was first announced by Team Kanohi last year. The game will retell the legendary stories of BIONICLE's initial launch in 2001, following Mata Nui and its inhabitants, who have been completely re-imagined for the modern day.
You will be able to revisit beloved locations and characters, enjoy thrilling open-world gameplay, and get lost in the BIONICLE universe all over again. The game is being developed with Unreal Engine 5 and, upon release, will be available for free.
