Following the first teasers and key art for Black Ops Gulf War leaked online, Xbox has now confirmed the official worldwide reveal of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. The reveal is scheduled for Sunday, June 9 as a part of the Xbox Games Showcase.
The Call of Duty official blog has confirmed:
“Full Reveal Date Confirmed: Xbox Games Showcase, Sunday June 9th at 10 AM PT. Black Ops 6 Direct immediately following. Stay on this channel for further updates.”
Alongside the announcement, the game’s official logo, which is the "wolf icon" that's been frequently seen in teaser trailers, was also unveiled.
Xbox also reveiled this exciting news on their website:
“Black Ops is back. We’re delighted to announce that our previously-redacted Direct broadcast will be a full show dedicated to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. “
“...immediately following the Showcase we’ll be airing a special deep-dive into the next installment in the beloved Call of Duty franchise – Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. ”
The June 9 livestreams will be available live across a variety of platforms and in over 30 languages, including American Sign Language and English Audio Descriptions.
