Black Ops Gulf War's First Teasers & Key Art Leaked

"THE TRUTH LIES."

As the reported release day of October is getting closer, it looks like the hype is escalating for the forthcoming Call of Duty game, which is said to be Black Ops 6 set during the Gulf War.

Firstly, a new website has emerged, which has 3 teaser videos for the game. The teaser website was first noticed and shared by the Twitter user, CharlieIntel.

The website, referred to as thetruthlies.com, features an interactive television with six channels, three of which are currently blank. The number of channels evidently nods to the rumored game title.

Channel one presents live-action footage of Mount Rushmore being defaced with banners reading "THE TRUTH LIES." Additionally, the fourth banner displays a wolf symbol.

The second channel, slightly shorter in duration, depicts what appears to be the same group mounting black and orange posters bearing the same phrase, "THE TRUTH LIES".

Meanwhile, channels three to five are just static, only displaying a flashing 'loading' message which made me check my internet connection. The final channel shares breaking news from a program titled "News 6" about worldwide monuments being defaced with black graffiti texts and again, the orange wolf symbol. The texts are saying "TRUTH IS THE FIRST CASUALTY OF WAR", "DIE WAHRHEIT LUGT" (which is German and translated by Google as "THE TRUTH LIE"), "LIBERTE EGALITE DUPLICITE" (which seems to be Romanian and translated by Google as "DUPLICATED EQUAL FREEDOMS"), "IN LIES WE TRUST", and "JUSTICE ISN'T BLIND. YOU ARE."

Besides the teasers on the website, the first key art image for Black Ops 6 has surfaced online, despite being blurry. This leak comes courtesy of billbil-kun and TheFrenchHench, both of whom are known for obtaining information through data mining.
