Upgrade to the first maintenance release since Blender 4.5's debut.
Less than a month after Blender 4.5's release, the Blender Foundation has rolled out the first corrective update, arriving a bit earlier than usual. The next update, Blender 4.5.2 LTS, is still expected by the end of August, with monthly corrective releases planned if any bugs are identified and fixed.
As with all corrective releases, updating is strongly recommended. Blender 4.5.1 resolves 89 issues found in the initial 4.5 release, including stability and crash fixes, improvements to tools like Grease Pencil, Vulkan-related corrections, and more.
