Blender 4.5.1 Launched With 89 Bug Fixes

Upgrade to the first maintenance release since Blender 4.5's debut.

Less than a month after Blender 4.5's release, the Blender Foundation has rolled out the first corrective update, arriving a bit earlier than usual. The next update, Blender 4.5.2 LTS, is still expected by the end of August, with monthly corrective releases planned if any bugs are identified and fixed.

As with all corrective releases, updating is strongly recommended. Blender 4.5.1 resolves 89 issues found in the initial 4.5 release, including stability and crash fixes, improvements to tools like Grease Pencil, Vulkan-related corrections, and more. Check out the full list here, and if you're new to Blender 4.5's features, watch the official recap:

Also, if you missed it, Blender is officially expanding to mobile devices, beginning with iPads and soon extending to Android and other tablets. Learn more and support the development here:
