Blender 4.5.6 LTS & Blender 4.2.17 LTS Released
It's time to update your Blender.

If you missed it, Blender 5.0, the latest major release, received its first bug-fix update in December, resolving 132 issues. But if you're still using the 4.x LTS versions, now is a good time to upgrade.
Blender 4.5.6 LTS, the final LTS release in the 4.x series, will be supported until July 2027 and fixes 60 issues since version 4.5.5. Meanwhile, Blender 4.2.17 LTS, supported until July 2026, resolves 8 issues since 4.2.16. As usual, it's highly recommended to keep your LTS version up to date to ensure your workflow remains smooth.
