Blood Magic VFX Simulated with JangaFX's LiquiGen

Jesse Pitela tests the LiquiGen and Unreal combination. 

We are always happy to see Jesse Pitela's new VFX, and this one could be in Path of Exile or Diablo. The artist calls it liquid magic, but to me, it's some kind of blood ritual simulated with LiquiGen and brought into Unreal Engine as Alembic.

Alas, you might only find it in a game in a cinematic, as Pitela says the simulation is too resource-heavy. So, enjoy the results of his hard work on X/Twitter for now. You can see some other experiments there, like a pool of water with 60K foam particles and a character shooting neon-green liquid out of its body.
