Check Out These Eerie Animations Made in Blender
It's weird and fascinating.
If you feel your life has become too boring, take a look at these bizarre and slightly creepy animations created by Saint, also known as greaver, in Blender. The animator has made trailers and illustrations for various novels and is now working on their own short movie.
The 22-minute animation is called Ersatz and tells the story of "strange soldiers on the frontier of a never-ending war" in 3D with 2D sequences. It looks just as weird as Saint's other projects, and I'm weirdly excited about it.
Unfortunately, the creator hasn't shared much about the short yet, but you can see glimpses of it along with other curious art on their X/Twitter:
