Check Out This Uncanny 3D Take on Makima From Chainsaw Man

The character's unnerving presence was perfectly translated to 3D with ZBrush, Maya, and Substance 3D Painter.

Aspiring 3D Character Artist known only as jangpanho continues bringing beloved anime and manga characters into the 3D realm with a new exciting project. This time, the creator unveiled an eerie portrait of Makima from the Chainsaw Man series, perfectly capturing the original character's uncanny presence and interpreting it through a semi-realistic, semi-stylized model. According to the author, the portrait was made using Maya, ZBrush, and Substance 3D Painter, as well as the former's instancing tool XGen, which was used to set up Makima's distinctive hairstyle.
